Combine Rumchata and creme de menthe in a shaker with ice. Pour into a glass. In another glass, dye eggnog with red food color. Using a spoon, pour over Rumchata mix to layer on top. Enjoy!
Optional: Crush candy canes and use honey to stick to the rim of the glass before adding the liquids. ( I didn't do this because I thought I had candy canes, but I didn't.)
