TOO MUCH INSPIRATION
I feel like I have way too much inspiration these days. I keep coming up with new illustrations to do, so many that I am sure I don't really have the time for. But at the same time I want to do them all. I want to do more pictures for my stories, I want to do some fan art pieces, one of which I'm already working on for Myst: Book of Ti'ana. But even for that one book I have at least one more idea for an illustration I'd like to do for it.
Right now all I can do is make a list of all these illustrations and hope that I can get around to them eventually, while I'm still motivated to do them. At this point I've got four paintings in progress, and probably around 8-10 more ideas for others. Only a few of these are actual assignments for class.
I guess it's a good thing that I'm feeling so inspired right now, because usually that makes the whole painting process a lot easier and faster. I really hate working on projects I don't want to do. But on the other hand, I have been getting some new ideas for my stories as well, especially my beloved Orbs story, and I'm having a hard time balancing out the two. I really do want to work on the screenplays as well, but I have to finish the paintings that are due for school first. It's all so complicated.
I supposed it would help if I got up earlier in the day. I keep trying, but my mind just refuses to wake up early when I don't actually need to. Oh well. I'm sure I'll get it to cooperate eventually.
For fun, here is a list of the images I want to do:
- Sylanya lighting the beacon - LotO (in progress)
- Aitrus and Anna on Ko'ah - Myst fan art (in progress)
- Robot hunting an elf (in progress)
- Sylanya breaking the light orb - LotO (in progress)
- Elizabeth possessed - Nethergate
- Black hole - Invasion
- Aitrus burning A'Gaeris' books - Myst fan art
- Good vs. Evil - for Wacom contest on DeviantART
- Fighting scene - LotO
- A dragon
- Obi-Wan - Star Wars fan art
- Syl by a waterfall - LotO
- Death scene Pt. 1 and 2 - LotO
- Kiss - LotO
Those are just the ones I can remember right now. I've got a lot of work ahead of me.

UPDATES ARE AWESOME!
I finally updated everything on this site! The portfolio gallery is up, the about and stories pages have stuff on them, the contact pages has contact info. And you know what? It's about time!
My movie trailer or demo reel that will be on my splash page is still in the works. For now, the rough cut one is still up there until I finish the new one. But I have to say, so far, it's looking pretty snazzy, if I do say so myself. Considering it's really the first time I've ever used AfterEffects for anything. I still have some new illustrations I want to do for it, which is why it's still taking awhile.
Speaking of which, I have some little previews of what I'm working on right now.
